What are the different pallet grades?
Partner suppliers in our network typically offer three grades. Grade A pallets are clean and close to new, suited to customer-facing loads and export. Grade B pallets are good value for everyday shipping and storage. Grade C pallets are the budget option for one-time or light-duty applications.
What sizes are available?
Common sizes include 48" x 40" (GMA), 48" x 48", and 42" x 42". Some partner suppliers can build custom-sized pallets on request, so include your dimensions when you ask for a quote.
What's the difference between Grade A, B, and C pallets?
Grade A pallets show little or no visible damage and have a uniform appearance. Grade B pallets may have minor repairs but stay structurally sound for regular use. Grade C pallets show heavy wear and repairs yet remain functional for lighter loads.
What services do you offer?
We are a referral service: we connect people in Ottawa and Eastern Ontario who want to buy, sell, or recycle pallets with partner suppliers in our network. Partner suppliers can arrange pickup or delivery.
Which pallet grade should I choose?
Grade A suits customer-facing shipments, retail displays, and export; Grade B suits general shipping, warehousing, and manufacturing; Grade C suits one-time shipping, crafts, garden projects, or temporary storage. Tell us how you will use them and we will pass that on so the partner supplier can suggest a grade.
Is pricing available for larger quantities?
Yes. Pricing is by quote from partner suppliers and usually depends on grade, size, quantity, and location. Share your volumes in your request.
Can I get custom-sized pallets?
Often, yes. Provide your dimensions and specs and we will pass them to partner suppliers that build custom pallets.
What area do you serve?
We take requests from Ottawa and Eastern Ontario, including Kanata, Nepean, Orleans, Barrhaven, and Gloucester. Availability depends on partner suppliers.
How do I place an order or get a quote?

Can I get heat-treated pallets for export?
Yes, ISPM 15 heat-treated pallets are available through partner suppliers. The wood is heated to a core temperature of 56 °C for 30 minutes and the IPPC mark is applied by a certified facility. Mention export needs in your request.
